We’re pleased to announce that Rollalong has won a place on the LHC Modular Buildings (MB2) framework for Design, Supply and Installation of Permanent and Temporary Modular Buildings.
This four-year framework begins on Monday 10th May and relates to buildings for the public sector.
It primarily covers education, healthcare, emergency services, offices and community-related amenities such as sport facilities and theatres, but it can also be used for residential projects that are part of a mixed-use development or for student accommodation.
This framework allows the client to make a direct award while remaining fully compliant, saving weeks in the procurement process. LHC is a Government-run procurement service for the construction sector which brings together buyers and suppliers to build, refurbish and maintain social housing and public property more efficiently and cost effectively and to the benefit of the local community. We’re really looking forward to the public-sector opportunities this framework will bring in the coming months!
