I hope you have had a wonderful summer! It has been a very busy period for our teams. Summers are always a busy time for us; we have four projects completed, with a further three on site.
With the new housing targets and challenges with Gateway 2 approvals, we have seen a significant increase in enquiries for residential schemes. We are seeing an increased focus on quality and compliance from our clients, which really brings modular strengths back into focus.
We have been working hard with new and existing clients, demonstrating real collaboration in our efforts to deliver true value to the end-users of our buildings.

One of the highlights of this project was welcoming some students to our Dorset factory for a behind-the-scenes tour. During this visit, they had the opportunity to see their own school building being constructed before it was delivered to the site. The building has now been installed at the school and is in the final stages of completion, soon to be ready for the students and staff to enjoy.
The education sector really comes alive during the summer as schools take the opportunity to upgrade or expand their spaces. With most of the work done off-site, schools can enjoy high-quality, purpose-built classrooms and facilities without interrupting students, staff, or any ongoing school activities. It’s a win-win for everyone!

Before arriving here, the home was showcased at the Building Centre on Store Street as part of the New Homes in New Ways exhibition, followed by a stay at Romford Market and then a move to the Waterloo Estate, the future site of 18 new family homes that will be built using this very system.

In addition, we’ve finalised a multi-million-pound investment in new capital machinery. This machinery will enable us to reduce lead times further and maintain complete control over every stage of the build process, from start to finish.
We’re also looking forward to connecting with the industry at the Offsite Expo on September 16–17. If you’d like to meet us there, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Following the success of our temporary accommodation demo building, we’re excited to showcase our new product range in a real life installation, giving you the chance to experience it in its natural habitat.
